Biological dental care · Poole
Dentistry that treats the whole you
We take time to understand your health before we look at your teeth. We use biocompatible materials where we can, and discuss your treatment options thoroughly, including them in every step of the treatment planning.
What we do
Everyday dentistry, done thoughtfully
General practice care alongside the things people usually come to us for. Call us if what you need isn't listed. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right practice for it.
Biological Holistic Dentistry
We look at wellbeing, diet and lifestyle alongside your dental health, working with medical and naturopathic practitioners to optimise your overall wellbeing.
General restorative dentistry
We undertake routine examinations, fillings, extractions, crowns and bridges: the preventative care essential to maintain oral health, using biocompatible materials selected individually for you.
Gum health treatment & maintenance
We undertake routine scaling and more extensive periodontal treatment where gum disease has taken place, as poor gum health is closely associated with poor systemic health.
Cosmetic dentistry
Minimally invasive techniques such as composite bonding, whitening and tooth straightening can dramatically improve your confidence. We're trained in the Bioclear method for composite bonding, and also offer Boutique Whitening.
Amalgam removal
We're a mercury-free practice and remove old amalgam fillings using the safe SMART protocol, working with functional nutritionists to advise on pre- and post-operative detoxification.
Nervous & medically compromised patients
Sally has helped many nervous, phobic and emotionally sensitive patients over the years, and helps elderly patients maintain their oral health. Let us know about any additional needs, and we can also arrange home visits.

What our patients say
From the very first appointment I felt listened to. Sally took the time to understand my health history before suggesting anything, and explained every option clearly.
I've always been a nervous patient, but the whole team made me feel completely at ease. Calm, unhurried and caring from start to finish.
I came to have my old amalgam fillings removed. The process was explained thoroughly beforehand and I felt in safe hands throughout.
A small, friendly practice where you never feel rushed. My treatment plan and fees were set out clearly before anything began.
A lovely, calm surgery and a thoughtful approach. It's refreshing to find a dentist who looks at your overall wellbeing, not just your teeth.
Sally and Tracy are brilliant. Our whole family now comes here and the children look forward to their check-ups.
